When staying in the Nambucca Valley we kept on seeing breads from ‘Hearthfire’ being used at the good coffee shops and delis. So we headed for a drive to Bellingen to visit this artisan bakery. Not only do they make sourdough breads but they also make a very tasty gluten free one. We very much enjoyed our Mezze Platter for lunch and the rose water gluten free brownie Fab had for dessert was to die for.
