Our love for Stand up paddling started in Autumn 2013 when we took the boat out to Moerton Island and borrowed a SUP from TangaTours! Fabie decided to take Charlotte straight up and they both fell wtihin 2 mili seconds…
The following week we started to seriously look into it and in July 2013 we decided to follow the Naish demo van every weekend until we had made a decision on which boards to buy.
On the last day of the Naish tour (in Noosa) we decided that Fabie would get a Naish Glide (so that she can have the kids with her on the board) and Warrick went for the Nalu 10.10.
One week after purchasing the boards, Fab and Warrick attended an ‘downwinder ocean paddling’ demo day…. it was great fun but Fabie decided she would stick to smooth waters!
